BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Disability Linkage Line (DLL) is a FREE information, referral and assistance service that helps you connect to services and programs that meet your needs. The DLL service in your area is coordinated by Southeastern Minnesota Center for Independent Living (SEMCIL) through a grant from Minnesota Department of Human Services, Disability Services Division. The public can access this service Monday-Friday during regular business hours.

MINNESOTA HELP - 211

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: In 2003, the Minnesota Board on Aging, in partnership with the DHS, launched MinnesotaHelp.info, a web site with thousands of resources to help people find services to meet their needs. The MinnesotaHelp.info database has comprehensive resource information for seniors, caregivers and persons with disabilities. Expansion to include resources for families and children, as well as all Minnesota Medical Assistance and Medicare providers is scheduled to be completed soon. Planning has begun to integrate MinnesotaHelp.info into Phase II of Health Match and also use it in the implementation of the Aging and Disability Resource Center grant activities with Hennepin County. Projections for 2004 indicate that there will be 27,000 unique visitors to MinnesotaHelp.info.

The mission of WCC is to develop an integrated network of supports and services, which strengthens children and families.
