WINONA COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING SERVICES

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Home Care services are provided for persons of all ages. Public Health Nurses are available to assess health status, monitor vital signs, assist with medications and dressing changes, and provide teaching as needed. Nurses communicate closely with the physician to develop an individualized plan of care. Home health aides are available to assist with personal care, range of motion exercises, meal preparation, and incidental homemaking.
